Festival Events Asbl has announced the launch of its British & Irish Film Festival Luxembourg 2023 (Autumn edition), which will take place from 13 to 28 September in the Cinémathèque and Ciné Utopia. The festival provides a unique opportunity for viewers to experience various new films from the UK and Ireland before their release in Luxembourg, and vote in the Audience Award. The organiser will screen 12 feature-length films from a cross-section of genres, mainly representing independent cinema. The organiser will also screen five short films, host a seminar, and launch a Young Filmmaker Competition.

The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg had the great pleasure of hosting a lunch on 20th June with guest speakers, Serge Schroeder, First Judge at the Administrative Court of Luxembourg, and Georges Simon, Founding Partner, Simon Law, who provided valuable insights and advice on the new draft law presented to parliament in March and the potential impact this could have on Taxpayers.
