Wednesday night's British Chamber of Commerce Leadership Forum on Psychological Safety in the workplace opened with a sobering tone. His Majesty’s Ambassador, Fleur Thomas, shared her career journey that brought to life the real-world consequences of not looking after every aspect of people's safety in the workplace. As of 12 November 2024, new registration formalities will apply to persons and entities registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS). Generally, the new registration formalities concern all persons and entities registered with the RCS. Exemptions apply, e.g. to authorized representatives of a foreign law governed entity which has established a branch in Luxembourg.
