Katharina has significant experience in Luxembourg and international taxation with a focus on investment funds and the asset management industry. She advises on BEPS, exchange of information, cross-border transactions and financial institutions on the German and Swiss market. She is admitted to the German and Luxembourg bar association.
Boika Deleva, Global Financial Markets, Counsel
Boika specialises in banking and financial services regulation as well as derivatives, finance, securities, insolvency and general banking law matters with a particular focus on Fintech, notably in the capital markets and financial market infrastructures areas. She collaborates actively with industry organisations on digital transformation matters.
Antoine-David Freymann, Tax, Pensions & Employment, Counsel
Antoine-David advises local and international clients on various aspects of international and corporate tax law. He specialises in the tax structuring of investment funds and their investments, negotiations with fund investors and carried interest. He has a strong interest in transfer pricing (TP), actively developing the practice and regularly advising clients on developing robust TP strategies and drafting TP documentation.
