BSP acted as lead counsel to the finance parties on the Luxembourg law EUR 80 million sustainable financing provided to the Valfidus Group and arranged by Banque Internationale à Luxembourg with Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat, Luxembourg, Landesbank Saar, Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Provence Côte d’Azur as lenders.

The Valfidus Group is an international group present in twelve countries on three continents, managed through its Luxembourg head office. The Valfidus Group operates in different businesses such as aluminium building systems, windows and doors, real estate, renewable energy, extrusion, aluminium treatment and self-storage.
