ATOZ Tax Advisers extends its ESG service offering with the integration of Deveco Sustainability

ATOZ Tax Advisers, Luxembourg tax advisory firm, announces the acquisition of Deveco Sustainability, Luxembourg-based strategic and operational consulting firm in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility founded in 2017.

As impacts of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) developments in the market became increasingly apparent across clients and businesses, whether they are investment funds, private equity groups or real estate structures, discussions led to the conclusion that, as a firm, ATOZ was to further develop service offerings to best meet growing and rapidly evolving sustainability needs for both today and looking to the future.

Mike van Kauvenbergh, CEO, and his team are bringing over 10 years of targeted ESG experience and a thorough understanding of operational activity, based on a proof-of-concept approach.
