Legal Group

Our philosophy & missions

The role of the Legal Group, which is made up of experienced lawyers in a variety of legal fields, is to provide benefit and value to the members of the Chamber from a legal perspective.

We aim to do this by:
addressing hot topics from a legal perspective that may be of interest to our members, both individuals and corporates alike, through events, presentations, newsletters, panel discussions etc.;

circulating a newsletter on legal and tax matters on a bi-monthly basis to those on our mailing list;

holding events to inform Chamber members on current/important legal issues and creating interaction and business networking opportunities.

reporting issues (of relevance for the Chamber’s members) to the Luxembourg and UK governments;

provision of a network for the sharing of experiences, ideas and fun amongst the Luxembourg legal fraternity and wider community;

acting as a point of reference for newcomers to Luxembourg who may need particular guidance in terms of legal aspects/recommendations.

We are always happy to hear new suggestions on topics/events/materials of interest to our members and remain available to discuss as needed. Please feel free to contact our Legal Group Chair, Christophe Ernzen (contact details below), or any of our Legal Group members in case you have a query/suggestion.

Please also reach out to our Chair, Christophe Ernzen, in the event you wish to become a member of our Group and he can discuss further / provide more details.
