OUR MEMBER’S PERSPECTIVE – WHERE BUSINESS BELONGS
We asked Stéphane COMPAIN | Co-Founder & CEO | LuxRelo | Immigration & Relocation Services Luxembourg
Our questions to Stephane:
What motivated you to join the British Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg?
As an immigration and relocation services provider in Luxembourg, we felt that joining the British Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg would provide us with valuable opportunities to connect with our target audience, the international community in Luxembourg, and more specifically British expatriates. The BCCL’s events and networking opportunities allow us to effectively reach out to potential clients and establish ourselves as a trusted partner for immigration and relocation needs.
What is the hottest topic in your business right now?
The most pressing issue in our industry (immigration & relocation services) right now is the lack of full-English speaking schools as well as the lack of affordable accommodations in Luxembourg.
For many families, moving to a new country with their children means ensuring they have access to a quality education that will prepare them for their future. However, in Luxembourg, there is a shortage of full-English speaking schools, which can make it difficult for international families to find the right educational environment for their children. This lack of schools can be a major deterrent for families considering relocating to Luxembourg, as they may worry about their children’s academic progress and social integration.
In addition to the lack of schools, Luxembourg also faces a shortage of affordable accommodations. This can make it difficult for newcomers to find suitable housing that is within their budget. The high cost of housing can be a major strain on newcomers’ finances and can make it difficult to settle into Luxembourg.
What is the best piece of business advice you have received?
The most valuable piece of business advice I have received as an entrepreneur is to focus on building genuine relationships with clients. In the relocation and immigration industry, trust and rapport are paramount. By prioritizing personalized service, understanding individual needs, and going the extra mile to accommodate clients, we have cultivated a loyal clientele who appreciate our dedication to their well-being during their relocation journey.
